This Privacy Policy describes how BarMark ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the BarMark mobile application ("App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the data necessary to provide the App's functionality:

Crash reports may include device model, operating system version, and stack traces. They do not contain workout data or personal information.
We do not collect location data, contacts, financial information, or advertising identifiers. We do not display ads and do not use any advertising SDKs.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for marketing or profiling purposes.
The App uses Firebase, a platform provided by Google LLC, for authentication, data storage, and crash reporting (Crashlytics). Firebase may process your data on Google's infrastructure in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
The App offers optional AI-powered features such as workout insight analysis and routine generation. When you use these features, your recent workout data (exercise names, sets, reps, and weights — no personal identifiers) is sent to third-party AI providers to generate personalised suggestions. The AI providers currently used are:
These providers process the data only to generate a response and do not use it for training their models. No account information (email, name, or profile photo) is sent to AI providers. AI features are entirely optional — the App works fully without them.
Your data is stored as long as your account exists. When you delete your account (either in-app or via our account deletion request page), all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
